Originally, feedback was left for a buyer after they paid and the seller after the item was received. However, the use of Feedback has evolved. It seems that some buyers use the threat of a Negative Feedback to get "extras", discounts and/or partial refunds. This is deplorable, and, as usual a few ruin it for the many.

We at TheBabysGallerie work hard to get your Positive Feedback, as you can see by our Feedback Score. We always give the best possible service and have never refused to take care of a legitimate complaint (note the work "legitimate"). It is the buyers responsibility to read the listing completely prior to buying. Failure to do so accounts to 90% of our few negative feedbacks.
