Our Policies
- All orders (credit card or money order) are usually shipped next business day (in stock items).
Credit cards are not charged until the order is shipped. Items not in stock usually ship within 7-10 days. Some multiple item orders may be shipped separately as they may be shipped from different warehouses.
- We currently accept, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders or Cashier's checks. Sorry we do NOT accept Personal Checks or American Express Cards.
- Shipping & handling charges are based on the order total (exclusive of sales tax, if any). *Due to excessive size or weight, some items may not qualify for free shipping.

- The Baby's Gallerie is not responsible for shipment delays caused by the carrier.
- RETURN/REFUND Policy. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
A $2.99 restocking fee is charged on ALL returned orders.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Items shipped FREE will be charged actual shipping costs if returned.
Items must be UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL packaging and exactly as it was received.
Item(s) received and not in resaleable condition will not be refunded.

Please report defects found within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, manufacturer's warranty applies.
Not subject to return are items of 'personal use'
Items returned by the carrier as 'undeliverable' or 'refused' are handled the same as customer returns and are subject to the same fees and charges as well as any return shipping fees. Once an item is returned by the USPS or UPS as undeliverable it will not be reshipped.
