Our Policies
ALL: TheBabysGallerie items are brand new, first quality and in their original factory packaging
- All orders (credit card or money order) are usually shipped next business day (in stock items).
Credit cards are not charged until the order is ready to be shipped. Items not in stock usually ship within 7-10 days. Some multiple item orders may be shipped separately as they may be shipped from different warehouses.
- We currently accept, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders or Cashier's checks. Sorry, we do NOT accept Personal Checks or American Express Cards.
- **Due to excessive size or weight, some items may not qualify for .99 shipping. See listings for exceptions. .99 shipping is for items shipped within the continental US, only.
- The Baby's Gallerie is not responsible for shipment delays caused by the carrier.
- RETURN/REFUND Policy. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
A $2.99 restocking fee is charged on ALL returned orders. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Items must be UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL packaging and exactly as it was received.
Item(s) received and not in resale-able condition will not be refunded.

Please report defects found within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, manufacturer's warranty applies.
Not subject to return are items of 'personal use'
Items returned by the carrier as 'undeliverable' or 'refused' are handled the same as customer returns and are subject to the same fees and charges as well as any return shipping fees. Once an item is returned by the delivering carrier as undeliverable it will not be reshipped.
